As an example, Adobe's Flash product can create amazing detailed animations, this also has the downside of slower page loading. (Everyone had experienced the "Loading..." frustration.) So as we explained to one of our recent clients. "Your potential customers, probably don't want to wait for 10seconds+ for a complex Flash animation to download to show how the components of their factory are laid out. Similarly, no one is going to use a 'shopping cart' to buy a $20m processing plant or even spares parts from your web site.
